Every watch we sell is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty, starting the day your order is delivered. If a manufacturing defect shows up in that time, we replace the watch. We don’t send you off for repairs, and in most cases we won’t ask for the original back.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear under normal wear within 12 months of delivery:
- Movement failure — the watch stops running or keeping time, even with a fresh battery
- Stones loosening or falling out under normal wear
- Clasp or bracelet defects — links separating, clasps that won’t stay closed
What it doesn’t cover
- Water damage
- Accidental damage — drops, knocks, crushed cases
- Scratches and normal cosmetic wear
- Repairs or modifications by anyone we haven’t authorized
- Loss or theft
Batteries
Batteries are a consumable, not a defect. The Japanese quartz movements in our watches typically run 18-24 months on a battery, and any local watch shop can fit a new one in a few minutes. Battery replacement isn’t covered by the warranty.
How to make a claim
Email support@tiktokbling.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem. That’s usually all we need. You can also reach us through our contact form.
If the defect is covered, we ship a replacement free of charge. In most cases you won’t need to return the original watch.
Changed your mind rather than found a defect? That’s what our 30-day returns are for.
Water resistance guide
Water-resistance ratings mean less than they sound like. Here’s what each rating actually handles:
- 3 ATM — splashes and rain only
- 5 ATM — hand-washing is fine
- 10 ATM — suitable for swimming
Whatever the rating, take your watch off before showering or swimming. Hot water, soap, and chlorine are hard on seals, and water resistance degrades over time. Water damage isn’t covered by the warranty.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them.
