This policy explains what personal information Tik Tok Bling collects when you use tiktokbling.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Tik Tok Bling is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance.
Who we are
Tik Tok Bling operates tiktokbling.com, an online store selling iced-out fashion watches to customers in the United States and Canada. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email support@tiktokbling.com or use our contact form.
What we collect
- Order information. Your name, email address, shipping address, the items you ordered, and your order history.
- Account information. If you create an account: your email address, a hashed password, and any saved addresses.
- Support correspondence. Emails you send to support@tiktokbling.com and messages sent through our contact form.
- Device and usage data. IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, collected through the cookies and similar technologies described below.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details you enter at checkout go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. We receive only a payment confirmation and limited details, such as the card brand and last four digits, so we can manage your order. Stripe’s handling of your data is described in its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Who we share information with
We share your name, shipping address, and order contents with our overseas fulfilment partners and their carriers so your order can be quality-checked, packed, and delivered. We share payment data with Stripe as described above, and device and usage data with Google and Meta as described in the next two sections. We do not share your personal information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our store. GA4 sets cookies and similar identifiers and collects information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or region level, derived from your IP address). We have enabled Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Remarketing, Demographics & Interests reports, and Display Impression Reporting, which means Google may use its advertising cookies to build audience and interest data. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or decline analytics cookies in our consent banner.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. These tools share your activity on our site with Meta, including pages viewed, items added to your cart, and purchases, which Meta may match with information it already holds about you. You can manage how Meta uses this data at facebook.com/adpreferences, and you can decline these tools in our consent banner.
Cookies and consent
Our cookie consent banner is powered by Complianz. Where the law requires it, analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings link on our site, and your browser settings let you block or delete cookies as well.
Your California privacy rights
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, sharing device and usage data with advertising partners such as Google and Meta may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our site footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically and treat it as an opt-out for that browser. California residents also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to correct it, and to have it deleted, and we will never treat you differently for exercising these rights. Send requests to support@tiktokbling.com.
Your rights in Canada
For customers in Canada, we handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA): we collect, use, and disclose it only with your consent and for the purposes described in this policy, and you can request access to or correction of your information at any time.
How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as we need them to handle 30-day returns, our 12-month replacement warranty, and tax and accounting obligations. Account information is kept until you delete your account or ask us to. Support correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve your request and improve our support. Analytics and advertising data is retained by Google and Meta under their own retention schedules; we keep our reporting only as long as it is useful, then delete or anonymize it.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@tiktokbling.com and we will respond within the timelines required by the law that applies to you. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as tax records for completed orders.
Children under 13
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email support@tiktokbling.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our store, tools, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date. The current version took effect on {{EFFECTIVE_DATE}}.
