Every Tik Tok Bling order ships to the United States and Canada with complimentary tracked shipping. Here is what happens after you place your order, how long delivery takes, and what we do if anything runs late.
Where your order ships from
Tik Tok Bling works with a small number of manufacturing and fulfillment partners in China. Every order ships directly to you from there. Shipping each watch directly from the source is how we keep our pricing honest.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing covers secure packing and handover to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times
- United States: 7-14 business days in transit, or 8-17 business days total from the day you order.
- Canada: 7-14 business days in transit, or 8-17 business days total from the day you order.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays and peak seasons, especially November-December and Lunar New Year, can add time.
If your order runs late
If your order is going to take longer than 30 days to reach you, we email you before that point and you choose: keep waiting, or take a full refund. No questions asked, no forms to fill in.
Orders with more than one item
If you order more than one item, your pieces may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Different arrival dates are normal and do not mean anything is missing from your order.
Tracking your order
We email your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to activate, so if the link shows no movement at first, check back the next day. If tracking still has not updated after 48 hours, email us at support@tiktokbling.com and we will look into it.
Duties and taxes
Our watches ship from China, so an order crosses a border to reach you. Duties and import taxes are not included in the price you pay at checkout. In practice most orders arrive with nothing further to pay, because low-value shipments to the United States and Canada usually fall below the thresholds at which duty is charged — but those thresholds are set by your government, not by us, and they do change. If a carrier ever asks you to pay something before it will deliver an order from us, email support@tiktokbling.com with a photo of the notice before you pay it and we will check it against your order and tell you exactly where you stand.
