These Terms of Service govern every purchase from Tik Tok Bling and your use of tiktokbling.com. They are written in plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to buy a watch. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them.
Last updated: August 11, 2026. Section 14 contains an agreement to resolve disputes by individual arbitration and a waiver of class actions. It affects your legal rights, and you can opt out of it within 30 days. Please read it.
1. Who we are
Tik Tok Bling is an independent online retailer of iced-out fashion watches based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, shipping to the United States and Canada. The seller is MOUR, a registered business name of Muhammad Zen Akhtar, 89 Cherrytree Drive, Brampton, ON L6Y 3P1, Canada. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd in any way. All prices on this site are in US dollars.
2. What our watches are made of
Our watches are fashion jewellery, not fine jewellery, and we describe them that way on purpose. Terms like "iced out", "bust down", "flooded" and "bling" describe a look — full stone coverage — not the material the stones are made of.
- The stones are simulated or lab-created — cubic zirconia or moissanite. They are not natural diamonds, and we never describe them as diamonds. Each product page states which stone that watch uses.
- Gold colouring is plating or tone, not solid gold. Where a watch is described as gold, rose gold or two-tone, that is a finish over a base metal, not solid precious metal, and it is not hallmarked.
- Plating wears. Plated finishes fade with skin contact, water, perfume and abrasion. That is normal wear, not a manufacturing defect, and it is not covered by the warranty.
- Movements are quartz unless a product page says otherwise, and are water-resistant only to the degree that page states. Water resistance is not a permanent property and is not covered by the warranty.
If any listing on this site ever contradicts this section, this section is what we stand behind — tell us at support@tiktokbling.com and we will correct the listing.
3. Orders and order acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send your shipping confirmation — not when you receive an order confirmation, and not when your card is charged. Before shipment we may decline or cancel an order: if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the payment, if a listing contained an error, or if the order looks fraudulent or is for resale. If we cancel, you get a full refund to your original payment method.
We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.
4. Pricing errors
We check our listings, but mistakes happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after an order confirmation has been sent. Where we can, we will email you the corrected price first so you can decide whether to keep the order.
5. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place your order. Prices are in US dollars; if you pay with a Canadian card, your bank sets the conversion rate and any foreign transaction fee, and we have no control over either.
Prices do not include any import duties or taxes that may be charged on delivery. Where those apply, they are your responsibility.
6. Discount codes and promotions
- Our 15% welcome code is issued once per subscriber, after you confirm your email subscription. It is single-use and tied to that subscription.
- Discount codes cannot be combined — with each other, or with a sale price. Our Product of the Week is sold at a genuine reduced price, so welcome and promotional codes do not apply to it.
- Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, and cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.
- We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time before you place an order, and we may cancel a code and the order it was used on if it was obtained or used abusively — for example by creating multiple subscriptions to mint extra codes.
- If you return an item bought with a discount code, we refund what you actually paid, not the pre-discount price.
7. Shipping and delivery estimates
Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada, with no minimum. Orders ship from China, sent directly by our fulfilment partners. Processing takes 1-3 business days and transit takes 7-14 business days, so most orders arrive 8-17 business days after they are placed. Full details, including tracking, are in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and peak-season volume can add time, and those factors are outside our control. By completing checkout you confirm you understand and accept these fulfilment windows (orders ship from China): 1-3 business days of processing plus 7-14 business days of transit.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered but you do not have it, contact support@tiktokbling.com and we will help you trace it.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
- Cancellations: you can cancel for a full refund at any point before your order ships. Processing takes 1-3 business days, so email support@tiktokbling.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled — but you can return it.
- Returns: every order is covered by a 30-day return window, counted from the day your order is delivered. Steps and conditions are on the Returns page.
- Refunds: approved refunds are issued within 3 business days of us receiving your return, back through Stripe to the payment method you used at checkout. Your bank typically shows them within 5-10 business days.
9. 12-month replacement warranty
Every watch comes with a 12-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects, counted from delivery. If your watch develops a fault within 12 months, email support@tiktokbling.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue and we will arrange a replacement — usually without asking you to send anything back.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, plating fade, scratches, water damage, battery replacement, damage from accident or misuse, or loss. Full terms are on the Warranty page. Nothing here displaces any non-waivable statutory warranty you have where you live.
10. Your account
You do not need an account to order, but if you create one you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at support@tiktokbling.com if you think someone else has access to it. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date — we ship to the address you give us.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms. You can close your account at any time by asking us.
11. Acceptable use
You may use this site to browse and buy. You may not:
- use it for any unlawful purpose, or to buy for resale without our written agreement;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically copy our listings, images or descriptions;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its accounts, or its servers, or probe or test its security;
- interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated request volume, or upload anything malicious;
- submit a review or message that is false, defamatory, infringing, or not your own;
- misuse discount codes, including by creating multiple subscriptions or accounts to obtain them.
12. Our content
The text, photographs, product descriptions, logo and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a watch gives you the watch, not any right in our content or brand.
Third-party names and marks that appear on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe or identify. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — such as lost profits, or losses caused by a delivery delay outside our control.
This site and its content are provided as they are. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — and nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
14. Disputes: informal resolution first, then individual arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It changes how disputes between us are resolved and limits your ability to bring a class action. You can opt out of it within 30 days.
14.1 Talk to us first
Most problems are a support ticket, not a lawsuit. Before starting any formal proceeding, email support@tiktokbling.com with a short description of the dispute, your order number, and what you want us to do. Give us 60 days to resolve it. We will do the same before bringing any claim against you. Many disputes are resolved at this stage, and this step is a precondition to arbitration for both of us.
14.2 Individual arbitration
If we cannot resolve it informally, you and Tik Tok Bling agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, your order, or this site will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court — except as set out in 14.4.
The arbitration will be administered by an established, neutral arbitration provider under its published consumer arbitration rules, which cap the fees a consumer pays. To keep it inexpensive, arbitration will be conducted by written submission, telephone or video wherever the arbitrator considers that appropriate; if an in-person hearing is necessary, it will be held somewhere reasonably convenient to you. The arbitrator may award any relief a court could award on an individual basis, including statutory damages and costs, and the decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
14.3 No class actions
You and Tik Tok Bling each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative proceeding.
If this paragraph 14.3 is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request is severed and must proceed in court, and the rest of section 14 still applies to everything else.
14.4 What is not covered
- Small claims. Either of us may bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction, instead of arbitration.
- Intellectual property. Either of us may ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorised access to the site.
- Non-waivable rights. Nothing in this section prevents you from reporting a matter to, or seeking relief from, a government agency or regulator, and nothing here waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
14.5 How to opt out
You can reject this arbitration agreement. Email support@tiktokbling.com within 30 days of your first order, with the subject line Arbitration opt-out and your name and order number. That is all it takes — no form and no reason needed. Opting out affects nothing else in these terms, and we will not treat you differently for it. If you opt out, disputes between us are resolved in court under section 15.
15. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws applicable where Tik Tok Bling has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules — except that the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live continue to apply to you and are not waived by this section. Where those laws give you rights or remedies that these terms would otherwise restrict, those laws win.
Where a dispute is not subject to arbitration under section 14, it is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where you live or where we are established, at the claimant’s option.
16. Electronic communications
By ordering, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically — order confirmations, shipping notices, delay notices and legal notices about your order — and that these satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing. Marketing email is separate: we only send it if you have expressly confirmed you want it, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any message. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
17. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failing or delaying performance because of something outside our reasonable control — including carrier and customs delays, natural events, epidemics, industrial action, war, government action, or failure of utilities or telecommunications. If such an event materially delays your order, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
18. Severability and the whole agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor if the business is sold, without reducing your rights.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Warranty pages, are the whole agreement between us about your order, and replace anything said before.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order — a later change does not apply retroactively to an order you have already placed. When we make a material change we update this page and the date at the top.
