Every Tik Tok Bling order ships free to the United States and Canada. Here is what happens after you place your order, how long delivery takes, and what we do if anything runs late.
Where your order ships from
Tik Tok Bling works with a small number of vetted manufacturing and fulfilment partners, primarily overseas. Every watch is quality-checked before it leaves the warehouse, then shipped directly to you. Sending each order straight from the source is what keeps our prices down.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing covers the quality check, secure packing and handover to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times
- United States: 7-14 business days in transit, or 8-17 business days total from the day you order.
- Canada: 7-14 business days in transit, or 8-17 business days total from the day you order.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays and peak seasons, especially November-December and Lunar New Year, can add time.
If your order runs late
If your order is going to take longer than 30 days to reach you, we email you before that point and you choose: keep waiting, or take a full refund. No questions asked, no forms to fill in.
Orders with more than one item
If you order more than one item, your pieces may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Different arrival dates are normal and do not mean anything is missing from your order.
Tracking your order
We email your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to activate, so if the link shows no movement at first, check back the next day. If tracking still has not updated after 48 hours, email us at support@tiktokbling.com and we will look into it.
