This page is how you tell us not to sell or share your personal information for advertising. You do not need an account, and you do not need to give us your name.
What this is actually about
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never give your email address to another company so it can market to you. We have no interest in doing either.
But California law — and several other US state laws — define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to cover something we do do: letting Google’s advertising and analytics cookies see your activity on this site so we can measure our ads and reach people who have shown interest in watches like ours. No money changes hands, but the law treats it as sharing, and so do we. This page is how you switch it off.
Option 1 — switch it off right here
Use the control below. Turn Marketing off to stop the sharing described above, and Statistics off as well if you would rather not be measured at all. Save your choice and it takes effect immediately — cookies in the categories you switch off are cleared from your browser.
This choice is stored in your browser. If you use another browser or device, or clear your cookies, set it again there — or use Global Privacy Control below, which does it for you.
Option 2 — let your browser do it for you
We honor Global Privacy Control automatically. GPC is a setting your browser or a browser extension sends on your behalf; when we see it, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising and analytics for that browser without you having to visit this page at all.
Some browsers have it built in and others offer it as an extension — see globalprivacycontrol.org for how to turn it on. This is the most reliable option, because it travels with your browser to every site, not just ours.
Option 3 — email us
Email support@tiktokbling.com with the subject line Do not sell or share. Include the email address you used to order or subscribe, so we can find you. We will apply the opt-out to our records and confirm when it is done.
Use this route if you want the opt-out recorded against your customer record rather than just your browser, or if you want to make any other privacy request at the same time — access, correction or deletion.
If someone is acting for you
You can use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out on your behalf. We will ask for written proof that you authorized them, and we may ask you to confirm it directly. An opt-out signal sent by a browser or platform you have configured — such as GPC — does not need any of that; we act on it as sent.
What happens next
- We stop advertising and analytics technologies from collecting your activity on this site.
- You will not be treated differently. Prices, shipping, returns and support are exactly the same. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information, so there is nothing for you to lose by opting out.
- You may still see our ads elsewhere — they just will not be targeted using your activity here.
- Your order, account and support information is unaffected. We still need it to ship and support what you buy, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Under 16
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and we do not seek it. If you believe we hold information about someone under 16, email support@tiktokbling.com and we will delete it.
Your other rights
Opting out is one of several rights you have. You can also ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Our Privacy Policy sets out each right, who it applies to, and how long we take to respond. Email support@tiktokbling.com to exercise any of them.
